Purpose
Tour Mission
To assist our team members reach their full potential as baseball players and as leaders on and off the diamond.
Tour Vision
To provide the opportunity for our touring team members to:
a) develop baseball skills, baseball knowledge and baseball smarts via extensive pre tour training and tournament playing experience;
b) tour internationally and compete as a high performing team; and
c) experience a mix of fun and informational baseball related and non baseball related activities while overseas.
Tour Commitment
To provide a well organised, not for profit, transparent and high quality tour experience.

Every person involved with the Victorian Kookaburras has a responsibility to understand the important and specific role they play individually and collectively to ensure the wellbeing and safety of all children and young people who participate in the Victorian Kookaburras program. The Child Safe Policy and Child Safe Code of Conduct applies to the volunteer committee, officials and coaches, host families and authorised persons engaged by the Victorian Kookaburras.
